The reception can also assist you if you are dissatisfied with the provided room, by providing a room move for example. We think it is very important that our guests experience a comfortable stay and want to help as best as we can. Have you perhaps made this known? Unfortunately the reception was not aware of this at the time of your stay. Hopefully you may give Zaan Hotel Amsterdam Zaandam a second change in the near future.

Love this hotel. This is a 6th time staying here and tbh I’ll always come back. Easy location, right near the Zaandam station, 12 min journey to Amsterdam central

Great location, less than 2 minutes from the station with great links to Amsterdam and the airport.

Really enjoyed my stay at Zaan Hotel. From the moment on arrival I was welcomed and everything clearly explained to me. The facilities were clean and simple to use. The close proximity to the easy to use transport made travel to other towns and around Amsterdam incredibly easy. The town was also very lovely as well just past the station. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a quieter experience near Amsterdam and also if you plan on going to various attractions such as Ajax Stadium, Zaanse Schans or the museums in Amsterdam.

Zaan Hotel was just steps away from the Zaandam rail stop. Restaurant on site was excellent and breakfast had good offerings. Chic and lovelty hotel near the canal with a shopping strip with anything you need.

Awesome place
