Fine, not great.

The hotel was fine, and as with all embassy suites locations, the atrium looks really pretty. But the pool area was filthy. The ground around the pool area was covered in towels, one morning. There were no clean towels at the pool or at the gym. And there were no clean wipes to wipe down the equipment after your workout. Some of the employees were very nice, others seem put off if you ask them for anything. Our bathroom sink backed up as well.

I've stayed here multiple times. Not one of the showers is in good repair. All have shower heads that are either gummed up or don't work. Outside of the building there is large amounts of litter on the grounds. One visit there was an adult toy you could see on a roof top.

Our recent stay at this hotel, unfortunately, fell short of expectations due to several concerns related to cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience. Upon arrival, the first room we were given lacked a functioning safety latch and the sliding door did not have a lock, which raised security concerns. We were moved to a different room, but that room had its own issues: the curtains, bed sheets, pillow covers, and bed skirt were stained. The air quality was poor, with a persistent musty, mold-like smell and no noticeable ventilation. The carpet felt unclean, and although it wasn’t cold enough outside to trigger the heat, the room was uncomfortably cold inside, while also feeling stuffy due to the lack of airflow. Throughout our stay, we noticed plates and trash left in the hallways and common areas in the morning, which were still there when we returned in the evening. The pool didn’t appear to be cleaned all week, and the on-site bar—which offered two complimentary drink tickets per stay—was consistently closed by the time we returned in the evening, meaning we were never able to use them. Parking was another downside. We were charged $30 per day (after fees) to park in an almost empty lot, which seemed unreasonable for guests staying at the hotel. There were a few positives: when I expressed concerns about the cold, the staff promptly provided a space heater and an extra blanket. Towels were brought up upon request since housekeeping didn’t service our room.

Truly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the hotel offered many ammenities. Probably the best free breakfast buffet I've had at a hotel! Our stay was affordable and comfortable!

The bathroom faucet keeps dripping, there are many spider webs in the corners of the room, and it’s very noisy near the elevator. However, the breakfast service is good.

Avoid if you can!

The lobby looked beautiful upon entering the building, but the awe was short-lived because as soon as we entered our room, it reeked of musty air. The bathroom still smelled like sewage, the tub had cracks on the surface, and housekeeping did not refill the toiletries. The nightstand between the beds had stuck on goo that I don't even want to know what it was. Luckily, I had disinfecting wipes with me. The upholstery on the sofa and chairs smelled like someone's back side. Luckily, again, I had a travel sized bottle of Lysol and sprayed those areas. The a/c in our room also didn't work. Apparently, if the temperature outside is between 50-70ish degrees, you can't adjust it, so you can only imagine how stuffy our room got. The buffet breakfast was also hit or miss, and is slim pickins if you come down to eat at 8:30, when breakfast is supposed to end at 9:00. I will never stay at this establishment ever again, and I felt gross during my stay. The only redeeming qualities about this hotel were the friendly workers.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. A special shout out to the omelette makers, who worked so hard and so fast!The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was an easy 15 minute drive to Disney. We will definitely be staying here again!
