Fantastic Pool/Jac Home: 4 EnSuites, Walk 2 Disney

Visit our stunning Pool Home, which is perfectly set up to accommodate 4+ families.

Our home is beautifully upgraded and designer-decorated. It features four master bedrooms, three of which have Cal-king beds with ensuites. The remaining master bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the two children's rooms featuring full-over-full bunk beds. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or equivalent. All bedrooms are equipped with 47" LCD TVs. Additionally, the 4 1/2 bathrooms boast custom paneled vanities, granite counters, travertine tile, hardware, tiled bathrooms, and custom tile inlays in the showers.

The open-concept kitchen is perfect for prepping and entertaining. It includes custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances such as a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating available at the breakfast nook and kitchen countertop. Adjacent to the kitchen is a half bath and a full-size washer and dryer for guests.

Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the entire home. The main living room features a 60-inch TV with a DVD player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is also included.

You can access the private rear yard with an in-ground pool and jacuzzi through the living room's sliding glass doors. We remotely monitor and control the temperature from our office to ensure it's at the right temperature when you arrive. Enjoy the outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ grill.

The game room in the detached garage is equipped with a ping pong table and standard-size pool table for the kids. Additionally, we provide strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The home is within a short walking distance of Disneyland Bus (Toy Story Parking Lot) and the Anaheim Convention Center. It also has central air and heat.

This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

They even offer e-bikes and other services.
