Great price and Great location within walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot with tram to Disney. I hated the coffee maker, but Nextdoor is a convenience market to get coffee. Dennys is just down the street.

While this was property near Disneyland, as a Disney neighborhood property, I was expecting a higher standard of cleanliness. The bathroom looked like it was remodeled, but the carpet seemed to need a thorough vacuuming and cleaning, scuff marks on the vanity area, and crumbs in the drawers.

Pipe in the wall was noisy when 2nd floor room is taking shower. Told the front desk and they did nothing. Broken toilet paper holder. Broken phone, so can’t really call front desk.

The overall stay was a 3.5 out of 5, but gets an additional credit for the location. The staff was amazing. You can tell they have great pride in wanting to keep the space clean. The room had nice updates like new dimming lights, refrigerator, updated shower head, and bed. There were holes in the wall, bugs, the toilet was unsecured, and the tub seemed a little old. It seemed safe overall.

Nice place , felt safe. Staff was nice Room was good and clean Room had a smell when first walked in , after turning fan /AC on it was much better Lobby was closed by 5 seemed a bit unusual. Staff was available by intercom button right away.Would stay hear again.

Been staying here last several trips to Disneyland and this will prob be the last. The room we had this time was infested with roaches. When I told the front desk they didn’t seem to care. We saw them mainly in the fridge so we couldn’t store any food unfortunately. Will have to find another location for my upcoming stays in Anaheim.

If all you need is a bed, this place may work for you. But the furniture is falling apart, the rooms are not well cleaned, the walls are thin like paper, and the lighting in the rooms is terrible.

It wasn’t terrible. However, I don’t think I would give it 8 stars. If you have low expectations and you aren’t planning on being there much (ex: going to parks, etc.) then it’s a fine place the stay. The carpet is kind of gross and needs to be replaced, so that could be an improvement.

Very noisy, people talked loud and my room under the stair. Even they walked I heard so loud. I barely have a good sleep. Not recommended
