There was so much damage to the room towel rack was coming off bathroom door didn’t close. No dead bolt floor was uneven, cigarette holes in the sheet, yellow stains o the sheet no ice machine drawers of dresser didn’t close either this was a very unpleasant stay would not recommend.

Room was fine. When we walked in we didn’t think anything was dirty at first glance. Once we checked the room out because we were nervous from reading the reviews, honest reaction there was a live bug beetle in the room, there was a giant hair ball on the floor by the table so probably wasn’t swept. And the towels/ bed sheets were stained. The bed was not very comfortable it was hard. There was little to no shampoo and conditioner but I’m sure they would provide more if asked - the pillows were thin and not comfy my neck hurt sleeping in this bed but you really do get what you pay for. We stayed two nights so I would recommend staying here for a short stay because it is cheaper but invest a bit more money to be more comfortable and clean and SAFE.

They asked me for a cash holding fee after I already paid on the app and then tried to keep it when I checked out. Never heard of a hotel do that before.

First & foremost, you get what you pay for. We had to find an affordable motel after going to disneyland b/c I’m currently pregnant and got super tired. I read the reviews on expedia & I should’ve checked yelp beforehand because I wouldn’t have checked-in here if I did.The motel is old. The floors are clean and so is the bathroom . However, the shower curtain is disgustingly dirty. It had lots of dirty shoe marks on them like someone stepped all over it. It’s weird that they wouldn’t just replace it. The chairs & furnitures were dirty with liquid marks all over them. The towels & bedsheets had stains in them & the the blanket had a weird smell in them. Housekeeping need to do a better job on cleaning everything. My husband wanted to leave because he said homeless ppl might be staying in this motel and was repulsed by the place but it was already midnight so we had to suck it up. I slept with 1 eye open b/c I swore somebody turned the door handle & tried to open the door. Overall, will not come to this motel ever again. Better to just spend 30 more bucks for a much cleaner motel in a much safer neighborhood.
