House with garden 1km from the Mauret beach

In the calm of a residential neighbourhood, surrounded by a large garden, there is a charming family house on one level that can accommodate 6 people. With its beautiful parquet floors and antique furniture, it exudes an atmosphere that recalls our holiday memories from when we were children.



Upon discovering the outdoors, one immediately imagines the youngest playing in the garden, while the older ones bustle around a barbecue or enjoy a good book in a deck chair. One notices a large covered terrace, ideal for family meals where everyone is gathered around the table and a good meal.



After the three steps of the terrace, one can enter and discover a large dining room, with a lovely decorative fireplace (non-functional) and its mirror. At the back of the room, a living area with armchairs, sofas and television awaits you for moments of relaxation. Through this same terrace, one can also enter through the kitchen, convenient when it's time to sit down for a meal. This room is independent and includes a fridge-freezer, a cooker and its oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and another with Nespresso pods are at your disposal. Below the house is a storeroom with a washing machine.



The night area consists of three bedrooms. In the first, you will find a double bed and a washbasin. In the second, another double bed, and in the third, two single beds and a bench. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin, where you will also find a hairdryer.



For more comfort, you have the option of parking two cars on the plot.
