Spacious and bright villa in Andernos 200M from the Beach, sleeps 8-10

Villa located 200M from the beach, in the charming seaside town of Andernos-les-Bains, in a quiet residential area around the Place de l'Etoile. Two-storey house, with rooms well lit by many picture windows, on the ground floor with a small garden with some shaded areas and an inground pool. The entrance leads to a large living room open to the kitchen, dining room and living room with a view of the rear garden and the swimming pool to ensure peaceful moments.

The villa offers 8 to 10 beds distributed in 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with double bed upstairs, 1 children's room with 4 single bunk beds upstairs and a sofa bed troubleshooting in the living room. You will have at your disposal 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs (ground floor and upper floor). It is an ideal space for 4 adults and 4 children.

The beach is 200M away and the pedestrian and cycle path which surrounds the seaside allows pleasant walks.
You will have everything you need for holidays around the house: bakery, mini-market (Vival), fishmonger, restaurants, bicycle rental, local market every Tuesday morning (Place de l'Etoile).

The city of Andernos is very dynamic and offers many activities. All are less than 10 minutes by bike or car: sailing club, mini-golf, municipal swimming pool, small cinema, escalad’parc, aerodrome, casino club, stables, laser game. The tourist office and associations such as CAP 33 organize activities for young and old!

You will take advantage of the city's infrastructure with its covered market open every day in summer, its two shopping streets and its pier. You can count on the maritime shuttles to Arcachon and their excursions to Ile aux Oiseaux, the Cabanes Tchanquées, the Banc d'Arguin and the Dune du Pyla. The oyster port of Andernos will allow you to see the authenticity of the rhythm of life in the Basin and especially to taste our good local products including oysters! Andernosian evenings are enlivened by numerous themed evenings and festivals organized in season, or simply by dancing bars and clubs.

The cycle paths will allow you to go around the Basin. It is also possible for you to engage (by car) in escapades along the Wine Route in order to visit the Bordeaux vineyards and especially taste their bottles!

More generally, by car, you are 30 minutes from the Ocean (Le Grand-Crohot), 40 minutes from Cap-Ferret (20 minutes Lège Cap-Ferret), 40 minutes from Lacaneau, 40 minutes from Bordeaux, 50 minutes from Arcachon, 50 minutes from Dune du Pyla, and 1h20 from St Emilion.

Winter swimming pool in winter. It is unheated in summer but the use of the tarpaulin is very effective in regulating the temperature.

Bed linen (sheets, sheets, covers, duvets, cushions) and bathroom linen (2 towels per person) are available. The house has a laundry room equipped with the necessary for the maintenance of the linen (washing machine, dryer, iron). For children a wooden high chair is available on request, and some baby cutlery is in the drawers.

Arrival and departure times are fixed in the rental contract, these are flexible at your request depending on the availability of the person who will welcome you, we will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize.

July and August: reservation of 1 week minimum from Saturday to Saturday
