Unfortunately, this property is very rundown and in need of a major overhaul. The rooms were dirty. The carpets were filthy. The showers were old and dingy. The tiles were black in the shower with a horrible attempted patch jobs. The hallways were filthy and smelled like pee. The ice machine and soda pot machines were so dirty. They had an inch thick could dust on them. Needless to say we left the room and never did stay that night. We did not say anything to the front desk because we booked with a third-party. We left our key cards and decided to drive back home that night after our function. Not at all as advertised.

Needs attention!
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk was nice. The pool and hot tub were out of order, which was the main reason we booked the hotel. The property was a bit disheveled and the rooms are outdated. The A/C is loud and there was no attention to detail (ex: Kleenex box empty). The food and service at restaurant were good.

I have attended business conferences there and thought that it would be a nice place to stay. So I had the opportunity to take my grandsons there for a weekend. The room we stayed in looked like a rock band partied in it and had stripped it bare, and the hotel didn’t have time or possibly money to repair the room. The king size bed was broken (or I suspect it actually was two twin mattresses slapped on a king box spring with a mattress pad thrown on top. I mentioned it to the clerk and she stated she would have maintenance come look at it and of course no one showed up for the entire weekend… made me sad, I would have loved to have a place to stay so close to the kids.
