Avoid. To use the pool you have to reserve. I chose this hotel to enjoy the pool with my 5 year old son. The website (hotels.com) says only massages and spa treatments need reserving. Upon arrival we were told no, we can’t use the pool and it’s fully reserved. You guys can do better regarding being open about facility usage. I wasted my money here and had a crying son.
