Beautiful modern 2-bedroom flat of 50 m² located in a quiet residential area, in town and just a stone's throw from the centre. Perfectly suited for a solo stay, as a couple or with a child, this accommodation can welcome up to 5 people.

Fully equipped independent kitchen: induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), crockery and kitchen utensils, dining table.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker
