OK not great
Descent enough friendly place to stay, pool very quiet and cleaned daily. Room good, just slightly frustrating that the sink and cupboards where locked up, and you had to pay extra to use the cutlery and crockery etc. We ended up eating on paper plates etc out of principle. We stayed for 3 nights on the way to Spain, there is not a lot of supermarkets around within a mile so you will need to drive. Overall decent place but expensive for what it is, and would not go back.
Was expecting more..to expensive for what you get!
Unfortunately it was a disappointing visit.
Pool area is probably the only thing that it is ok (but in the morning you could see that it wasn't that clean!).
Hotel generally dated and in need of updating, rooms need attention as they are equivalent to a 2 star. Communal areas are dirty and breakfast very poor or non existent!!
For the money that we paid is definitely a big no to stay I future.
Well bellow a Ibis budget in our opinion.
Check in was at 15:00, arrived around 16:00 and room was not ready. Had to wait 30 min in lobby.
Room/flat was on ground floor. It was spacious but had a damp musky smell. Kitchen unit locked, had to pay extra 10 euros to have it unlocked per day of stay.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom.
The pool, garden area of the hotel was not very well kept and the pool was not the cleanest.
On the plus side, the pool was big and great for the kids.
Hotel is located in residential area with no bars/eating places near. You have to drive and the traffic can be heavy at times. Did not enjoy my stay, wish I had continued to Spain right away.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. This hotel sits on a very nice property that has great potential but it needs to be completely renovated.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was nice if a little basic for a 3* hotel. As we weren't staying for a full week, the kitchen was an extra 10 euros per night. The pool is lovely - a great size to actually swim in. The hotel is quite out of the way and although there are bus stops nearby, it's definitely better to have a car. The beach is a 15 minute drive away. If you do have access to a vehicle, this hotel is a great base for exploring the Basque country. We had a lovely time here and would recommend it.

Good value, comfy hotel
We only stayed one night so really only slept, and didn't experience any of the hotels facilities.
The bed was comfy, and it was nice to have a fridge in the room, as well as a table and chairs.
Good value
My family and I were very pleased we chose this location, after a difficult and tiring journey we found that our booking was not registered for some reason but the hotel staff...Olga and Laila... could not have been more helpful in resolving this problem, particularly, in spite of our poor French language skills. Both ladies are a credit to the hotel. They also provided us with excellent local information. We particularly enjoyed the pool and pool area. We are inclined to think this is a very good hotel for families travelling on a budget, in fact it is one of the best we've experienced in France.l

Poor hotel wifi
The first room we had been given could not receive the hotel wifi. Subsequently, we were given another room which had very poor wifi reception. It worked intermittently. There was also one powerpoint in the room and that was for the TV. The kitchen facilities were extra cost.
For me this hotel is a family hotel - if you want to swim in the pool, the hotel is very tired, the bar restaurant was not open in the evening, there were not tea and coffee making facilities, the beds were tired and uncomfortable.
The hotel felt to me like a 1960's Butlins type holiday camp. And it was overpriced
Oh, the shower was reasonable, other than that if you're using it as a stopover on your way down to Spain, foreget it, sleep in the car. I would have preferred to

nice hotel, poorly maintained
pro's: Staff friendly, nice pool, free bus to the beach from nearby bus stop, shops & amenities close by, free parking .cons: has not been well maintained - we had booked a studio with kitchenette, but kitchenette was locked up, we had use of fridge & staff found us a kettle on day 2, but we were told the kitchen area did not work & most of the kitchen ares were not in working order. Nice to have table tennis & tennis courts(although tarmac cracked). Did not use gym or squash facilities. We arrived Sunday & restaurant was closed that evening so we had to go out. Did not use restaurant - no menu displayed whilst we were there. Check in time was 4pm - we were not aware of this, but were kindly allowed to use pool area & leave luggage until room ready.
Hotel was very easy to find and had ample parking. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a good sized family room but the double bed had a very bad dip in the middle of the mattress. The room was more than satisfactory. The hotel was walking distance to a shopping centre and restaurants.
The 2 main issues for us1. The bad matrix was old. And not straight anymore we didn't get too much to sleep, in the morning. When I feedback to the reception they just ignore . Other issue we order the room with baby bad and they charge us 10 euro for it
We stayed here in December, and arrived to a very cold room. The room (family room for 4) was very basic, and felt more like an industry foremans sleeping quarters than a hotel.
Wouldn't go here again. Ever.
Location was great. Easy "in & Out" with plenty of parking. Was great location for visiting all of the Basque area. The room was spacious and frig came in handy. The room and hotel were clean and the staff was very helpful.
