Boat docks, room for 3 boats. 15 minutes from Angleton, Lake Jäckson, Surfside and Freeport. 15 minutes by boat to marina, fishing charters available. The water is good for swimming. Water toys & 3 kayaks for guest use. Fish off the dock or bring your boat. Kayak launch. Elevator, 2 Lyft chairs, generator. Art classes available. Beautiful home, very well stocked and very clean. Living room Furniture was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. Lots of games for kids and adults to enjoy. Elevator was very convenient for luggage and groceries.

The place was amazing. Actually better than described. So much room. And the river outback is very nice. The owners were very friendly and prompt with everything. would highly recommend. We ended up getting an extra day just to relax and so glad we did.
