Clean premises and friendly staff. The Turkish breakfast so health, yummy and amazing with so many types of cheese. Will stay again soon. Absolutely recommend.

Family oda yok

Temiz, sessiz sakin, merkezi yerde, odaları küçük güzel bir otel. Ama aile odası dedikleri oda küçücük ve 2 yatağından biri 1 kişilik diğeri 1,25 kişilik olan bir oda. Family odanın fotoğrafı sitede de yok 2 kişilik 2 yataklı oda veriliyormuş. Yani öyle family oda diye bir oda yok aslında. Üç kişilik aile olarak odaya girdiğimizde 2 yatakta 2 yastık olduğunu görünce resepsiyondan bir yastık daha istedim. Yastığı getiren görevliden aldığımda yastıkta kocaman gri bir kir gördüm ve hemen değiştirilmesini istedim. Görevli bana yastığı çıkarırken sağa sola sürttüğünü onun için kirlenmiş olabileceğini yoksa temiz olduğunu iddia ederek yastığı çırparak temizlenmeye çalıştı. 😁 Olur mu öyle şey yenisini getirin dediğimde başka yastık yok ama dedi. Otelde üç kişilik oda diye sattıkları odaya verilecek 3.yastık yokmuş. Çıkış yapalım 3 kişilik oda diye tuttuk burayı dediğimde bakayım o zaman diye gidip getirdi. İnşallah o yastığı çırparak getirmemiştir 😁 Sonuç olarak 1 yatağa yetişkin, 1,25 kişilik yatağa çocukla birlikte bir yetişkin zar zor sığmak zorunda kalmayı dert etmiyorsanız kalınabilir ama benim tercihim olmayacaktır.

Odalarda çok ciddi hijyen sıkıntısı var. Yastık vs yorganlar sigara kokuyor dolap içleri kirli ve kıl var. İki kişi konaklıyoruz tek banyo havlusu konulmuş, saç havlusu konulmamış. 2 gün kaldık ve çok rahatsız ediciydi.

Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet bar helt OK, städningen speciellt i badrummet kunde vara bättre. Internet krånglade men de fixade det och det var snabbt. Läget var mycket bra för mina en och en halv dag. Man hade allt runt knuten.

Konfor iyi, kahvaltı rezalet

Odaların temizliği iyi, konforu idare eder çok kötüydü diyemem, ama kahvaltısı aşırı aşırı kötüydü hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir otel kahvaltısı görmedim.. ekmekler bayat, bardaklar ruj izli ve pis, verilen peynirler kokuyor, salatalık domates bile tuhaf kokuyordu. Nescafe servis edilmiş açık bir kasenin içerisinde duruyor saatlerce bayatlamaması mümkün değil, acilen bu konularda iyileştirme yapılmalı.

NİF Ankara otel de bir gece konakladık. Personeller ilgiliydi bize her konuda yardımcı oldular, teşekkür ederiz. Fakat gece dışarıdan çok fazla gürültü geldi ve gece uyumakta zorlandık. Odanın hijyeni de idare ederdi.
