Nice , Clean and eco

The rooms are very clean and have very good furniture. the bath room was really very clean and good .The staff are very kind and helpful, for any need just ask , they will do it for you or they will help you .the price is also very good .Very good location even for families.Its located very close to the city centre and a lot of restaurants , caffes and bars and shops are around.

Amazing Hotel

The location is great the room was very clean and service is also very good, I could not believe it is only 3 stars hotel. PS. The breakfast was good :)

We had to change rooms few times. First time I stayed in the room but I had trouble breathing because of the smell of cigarette. I booked a non smoking room but the room was clearly a smoking room with no window. Second time the they gave us a room which they forgot to clean. The concierge was polite and apologized to us and promised to change the room in the morning. Finally the third room had a funny smell. The hotel manager said it’s the smell of your feet. Even though the room had the smell when we walked in for the first time. But somehow our feet didn’t smell in the fourth room. We were finally happy happy with our rooms. We were going to stay for a week but they kicked us out of hotel 15 min before check out. They said you had problem with our dirty and smoking rooms. You complained and disturbed our other guests!!!!!!!! so we can’t give you a room anymore. I spend at least 6 months a year travelling and this is my second time writing a review. We were shocked since this is nothing like a Turkish hospitality.

The room was so clean and nice. - - breakfast was not so good — One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the gym and spa which they told me its not working which was so so disappointing and I had to change hotel after one night. — location is very nice with so many dining options and good for walk but not so quiet specially on weekends.

I will stay again.

Quick trip to Ankara for a visit to the embassy. Great location if visiting the USA, Germany, or Italian embassy. Very comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants nearby. Safe and enjoyable neighborhood.

It was clean and near the American Embassy. The spa was closed. Only one person spoke very little English. Breakfast was underwhelming NO COFFEE. Lobby was unwelcoming and cold. There was no airport transportation. It was very noisy could not sleep at night.

6 Nights stay at Seven Deep

At first they gave us a smaller room which was designed for only one person. This was not the room that I paid for. The AC wasn't working well and bathroom smelled bad. After talking to the reception, they agreed to put us in a different room. The second room was much larger and more comfortable. The Air Conditioner was still a problem. Overall a clean hotel. Pretty much you can smell smoke everywhere (lobby, hallways, even some rooms)....they should distinguish the smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Breakfast buffet was nice. The location is nice (close to the embassy). Some staff need to communicate better in English. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great room and location.

A new hotel with super nice staff who are very courteous and helpful. The room was delightful with really clean, white sheets and the bed was so comfortable. The TV had English channels and the breakfast room was so comfy and relaxing. I liked the breakfast, not a huge range but I usually just have coffee and toast at home! I only have one complaint which was that their menu was lovely but I could not get a real meal for my dinner, only snack food such as wraps. I saw salmon and beef steak on the menu, and would have loved either one. However, they were not available. I'll be back for sure though as there are dozens of bars and restaurants right outside the hotel.
