Great Apartment

Not perfect--but darn close
Posted Oct. 7, 2023 on HotelsOurs was a largish 2-bedroom apartment in a new building that is leasing. "Mitten" company manages a number of these (I imagine while they're waiting to be leased.) The apartment was a regular 2-bedroom--which means it had a full kitchen with a full fridge. It was modern, clean and fully stocked with everything, The beds were comfortable, one of the bathrooms had a tub, and the view was very nice. The building was also clean and very well managed. We were there for a medical situation at the UM Medical Center, and it could not have been better. As brief walk led to ice cream/chocolate parlors (2), restaurants and other urban delights. It might not have been perfect, but it was darn close.

We’re very surprised to see such a low rating here with no feedback or way to find the guest to see how or where things went wrong. We hope you would contact us directly so we could try and remedy whatever went wrong. We are here 24/7 for our guests.

Fabulous location and space. Perfect to enjoy the downtown area of Ann Arbor. Would definitely stay again.
