The facility seemed sketchy. We arrived late and could not get ahold of anyone to check in. We had to call customer service (a number I found online), and they were able to reach the night attendant. He finally came out and checked us in. The room was clean, but the furnace smelled. The carpet was undesirable.

I normally do not write reviews, but this is one that needs to happen. Despite several attempts to remedy the concerns both on site and via email with the manager. Nothing was done. Long story short. The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, there were poor repairs made to virtually every corner of the room. It was doors on the bathroom vanity, the caulking around the tub/shower was discussing. There was a 2x4 in the corner of the room to hold the door open. Immediately after checking in, we tried to report these conditions on three separate attempts to the front desk but nobody was there. I tried to call and report the concerns but nobody responded. I then sent a message through the Expedia App to the hotel but no response. We ended up only straying for the first night of our two night stay and we checked out. Again, nobody was at the front desk to even check out so we dropped our under the office door. All I wanted was to get a refund for the second night that we did not use. No response, just a form email from the manager. Terrible condition of the room and terrible customer service. They could have made everything right by refunding our second night that we did not use, but nothing.

Kitchen nothing in it so if you are traveling no pots or utensils. The place is very old and out dated. Kitchen was not very sanitary.

This was U Of M Parents Weekend so this price was already ridiculous at $296 per night. This place is truely not a hotel but a temporary apartment. There are no amenities like a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, wifi etc. The condition of the rooms are very worn out. The first room they gave us the room was just filthy, broken lamp, dirt on the walls, dirty sheets, bathroom that didn't look like it had been cleaned. The second room was hardly better. Food was leftover in the cupboards, towels with holes in them. The hallways smelled like someone was both smoking cigarettes and pot. We booked 2 nights and only stayed one. We paid for both nights but knew we couldn't get reimbursed for the 2nd night because we decided to leave after 4 pm and just didn't want to have that fight. Really disappointed that we were taken advantage of but it is supply and demand and I learned my lesson about doing better research. Hopefully someone will read my review and won't make the same mistake I did.

Saving grace for this place was the staff was helpful and very friendly. Otherwise
 extremely dated. No hair dryer or shampoo. As it was extended stay I would have expected basic plates, cups, silverware. Nope. Generally terrible, not in good condition.

Not “good”

Walking into the room was like a scene out of Five Nights at Freddy’s
 it looks like it would have been a good hotel about 30 years ago
 The worst part was we counted on using the pullout couch as a bed, and found snacks inside
 peanuts, blueberries, granola, we all wanted to throw up. There was a weird smell, and the kitchen and dresser drawers were all disheveled, every lampshade was crooked and written on. Scary.

The hotel is very old and dirty. Although there were many amenities, include microwave, full size fridge, even stove, the room and the bed were dirty. The towels had stains and a bad smell. No hair dryer in the room, which was totally unacceptable. If you don't mind paying twenty or thirty dollars more, choose another hotel nearby.

I reserved the room two weeks in advance for 2 Dbl Beds for 2 nights. Check in time is 3 which is fine. Arrived 4:30 room not ready. It took the clerk over twenty-five minutes to verify my stay and give me a key for later. Told her keep the room under my credit card and that I would pay upon leaving. NO, my card was charged in advance! Had to leave and come back much later to a room where the bathroom ceiling was poorly patched and leaking water. No hand soap in the room, no shampoo, no garbage pails etc. No coffee in the room or lobby. No breakfast. Absolutely, no housekeeping, Beds not made no fresh towels. Went outside to my vehicle and residents of the establishment were drinking outside (which is fine) but then they were urinating in bush. We would have booked elsewhere but no other vacancy available for the next night. Expedia, you should be ashamed to have this hotel under your organization. A refund would be expected. I warn all, do not book this hotel. Better to sleep in your car or pitch a tent.
