Front desk staff was exceptional (Hannah). Our 1st room had mold on the bathroom wall and I am highly allergic to mold. She moved us quickly to another room. People smoking pot in the elevator and on the 3rd floor, was something you have no control over but it really put a damper on our evening. Unfortinately, we won't stay here again.

I booked a room with two double beds; they gave me a king bed; said they were out of rooms with two double beds.
I want a refund.
