Attention au blocage de cartes de crédit!

Nous nous sommes fait bloquer nos 4 cartes de crédit/débit à cause de la caution de l'hôtel. Ça ne s'est jamais produit dans les autres hôtels dans lesquels j'ai dormi. Je me suis retrouvé à 8000km de chez moi sans carte ni cash. Grosse source de stress pour ded vacances. Heureusement, j'ai pu débloquer une carte rapidement.

My apologies this happened during your stay with us, We always suggest our guest to use Credit Card instated of a debit card, since at check in we make an approval for the amount of the room and tax + our incidental fee. I'm not sure why your bank will lock you out of your account, but sometime banks think is fraud and block it for security if the bank does not know about your traveling plans. I'm glad to know your bank was able to help you during this time.

This is our second time here on our way to visit my son at university. It is nicely decorated and very clean. It is conveniently near Ann arbor and love the breakfast!
