Excellent hotel all the way around…

Extremely clean room with a very comfortable bed. Great shower, had beautifully scented basic toiletries and luxurious towels!! Above and beyond what you would expect for this level of accommodation! Customer service is also top-notch. Did not partake of the surprisingly well-stocked breakfast offering but iit appeared fresh and inviting.Will return and definitely reccomend!

We have stayed in the Hotel for almost a month. The Hotel Staff (both at the Reception as well as the ones in charge of Room Service) were very pleasant, polite and helpful. I am extremely pleased with their approach as well as attitude. The room was kept clean. The Hotel itself as well as surroundings was kept clean. The staff assigned for the breakfast were very understanding & helpful. The Hotel Manager also was very helpful indeed solving any issues related with my Room Reservations. We appreciate their Hard Work, Politeness, Helpfulness and Friendliness. No complaints whatsoever. Full marks!!! Thank you towards all Staff Members of Microtel Inn & Suites. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Our only complaint is that the hotel and surrounding area was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. It was OK, but nothing special.
