The check in staff was excellent. I am handicap and asked the young man where the ice machine was and he said it was right behind me. My room was the last one down the hall. I use a walker and explained to the young man that I knew it was not protocol to deliver ice but he please bring a bucket to the room? He had it there before I could get unpacked and into my room. I was so thankful!

I didn't recognize the shuttle service to the DT of Ann Arbour until the fourth day. Although the sign is on the front desk, it'd be nice if the staff could remind it when the customers check in.
