I've stayed here before when my daughter was a UM student. The property is well-kept and reasonably priced.

Excellent night check in staff. SUPER loud housecleaning staff (and road noise made it hard to sleep though. I don’t know if you can do anything about that.). Thanks so much!

1) The motel staff at the desk were very helpful... 2) In the area, there appear to be limited late night dining options, say, after 10:00 pm.
