One and Done

This Resident Inn is not a good representation of the overall chain. One of the showers in our 2BDR did not work well with loud sounds and the water throughout only cold to warm in both bathrooms. I was also disappointed that there were no ice machines available to guest.

Stellar service and beautiful location

Superb service! Manager Richard Proco went over and beyond to take care of needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful at the desk, at breakfast service and in my room. Keshawn and Carla were especially great, as were two other late night desk clerks. (Kindness is just what one needs after working long days.). My suite was a wonderful place to get a lot of remote work done, and the facilities allowed some relaxation with a lovely patio, nature area, well-kept pool and tennis courts. Close drive to UMich, and walkable/drivable to a bus commuter lot. Next trip to AA, especially vicinity of Univ of Michigan North Campus, do stay here.

We loved the hotel. The only downfall was we never got a cleaning. They only clean 3 days a week so we had to ask for more towels at the front desk.

Wonderful hotel! The Breakfast was fantastic every morning! Friendly staff. Love all the walking paths around the place, workout facility, and basketball court.
