One King bed in the Master suite, One queen bed in the Guest bedroom and two bunk beds in each of the kid's bedrooms. One of the bunk beds features a queen-size bed and two twin beds, while the second bunk bed comes with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, so easily 12 guests can accommodate. Guests are not permitted to access the front room/office, which will remain locked at all times. Additionally, all lawn equipment is for the owner's use only.
Other things to note. The property includes a spacious 3-car garage equipped with an EV charging port, built-in speakers, and a heating system for added comfort. Additionally, the backyard features a patio heater and 2 grills, and the front has fire pit, perfect for enjoying outdoor gatherings during the colder months. There is a 30 day minimum stay required.
