Escape to Acacia Breeze for an unforgettable Anna Maria Island getaway!
There are so many areas to explore at this resort style island home that offers plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 vacationers.
Step into the ground level foyer where stairs lead up the main living level. The open floor plan features the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table. Gather at the living room which offers a full window front facing the 32' X 12' pool and canal side of the property and get the popcorn ready for a movie night.
Enjoy gentle island breezes on the screened lanai on this level and relax on comfy sofas and rocking chairs. The area wraps around and also offers an alfresco dining space.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on this floor. There is a king ensuite bedroom with a dedicated work space, the queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom and the kids room with full, twin and twin bunk beds as well as another hallway bathroom. The laundry room offers washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The entire upper level features a spacious king suite. If you need to work, you will also find a dedicated working space complete with fridge for that cool refreshing drink on warm summer days.
The spa inspired bathroom features a double sink vanity, soaking tub and large walk in shower .To top this area off is the patio area with outdoor shower and rooftop deck walk up. Overlook the North end with views of the beach and the famous island sunsets.
Admire the many wooden Acacia furniture pieces sprinkled through the house that inspired the name!
The spacious pool side area offers plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Swim a few laps, soak in the hot tub or just listen to the waterfall when relaxing on the loungers by the pool. Don't forget to enjoy the private outdoor shower after coming back from the beach or a quick freshen up on hot summer days!
The fishermen in your party can try their luck to catch dinner by the canal dock. A small boat up 20 feet can be tied there or launch a kayak to explore Bimini Bay or go all the way to Tampa Bay. No bridges!
Hangout by the bar or sitting area for your 5 o'clock cocktail. The propane grill is close by to prepare dinner.
The bonus area (no air conditioning) offers more leisurely fun and features a sitting area with TV, foosball table and fridge for convenient pool side refreshments.

It will be difficult to pick your favorite spot at Acacia Breeze! The large lanai area off the main level invites to spend hours enjoying the gentle island breezes. Head all the way to the roof top deck for amazing views. Enjoy the back yard oasis with pool and hot tub. Other features include canal side dock, an outdoor shower and gas grill.
There are 4 parking spaces designated in the driveway for this property. The garage is not available for parking.
This property is protected by video surveillance by the driveway and by the side of the house at the pool equipment.
The weekly pool and hot tub heat fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.
Hot tub heat only can be selected separately for $75/week. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment except for pool heat fees will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
