If you need to work, you will also find a dedicated working space complete with fridge for that cool refreshing drink on warm summer days. The spa inspired bathroom features a double sink vanity, soaking tub and large walk in shower .To top this area off is the patio area with outdoor shower and rooftop deck walk up. Overlook the North end with views of the beach and the famous island sunsets. Swim a few laps, soak in the hot tub or just listen to the waterfall when relaxing on the loungers by the pool. The garage is not available for parking. This property is protected by video surveillance by the driveway and by the side of the house at the pool equipment.The weekly pool and hot tub heat fee is $150.00. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86° F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. Hot tub heat only can be selected separately for $75/week at 102 ° F maximum. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment except for pool heat fees will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
