If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and coastal charm, this house in Anna Maria Island is a dream come true. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, close enough to beach. The host is wonderfully responsive and welcoming, making the whole stay seamless and stress-free. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return.

Island time

House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group.

Great location. Clean. Easy to access beach. Nice pool. Only complaint I would have is there are only standing showers. Needed a bath for my 3 yr old. Not sure if that was advertised or not, and it wasn’t a reason to give anything less than 5 stars.

Great location and very clean and updated house

This house felt like it was brand new. Loves hanging in the backyard by the soaking pool. Sun hit part of the backyard all day. House was well stocked for everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

The house was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood which is what I wanted with a 91 year old mother with dementia. The management company was very responsive even replying back after hours at times. I wish the house were on the beach so that it was easier to get my mom on the beach but we did the best we can to get her there. Thanks for the stay and the memories!

Perfect place for family enjoyment

The unit had received a negative review by previous guest regarding the carpeting in the master bedroom, I brought this up to management's attention with well enough time prior to my check-in and they had the carpeting steam cleaned. The house not only smelled fresh but it was thoroughly clean and immaculate, exterior and pool are nicely kept. Kitchen was fully stocked of small appliances, cookware, bakeware, etc. Plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. You will have to bring in your additional trash bags and paper products as they only provide one or two of each. The location is perfect, in a quiet residential area which was perfect for us since we were looking to disconnect from the rush-rush of everyday city life. House is located across the street from the beach, with a shaded walk way out to the beautiful powdery soft sand! We are definitely looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future!!

Disappointing

Check in process was disjointed, we arrived 1hr early and were told it wasn’t ready. Turns out it was and we waited outside for the hour. After entering it was almost instantly that we realized the compromised condition and cleaning. The walls are beat and damaged, master bedroom carpet and window treatments were filthy, it was hard to want to walk on the carpeting it was so dirty. The fridge had shellfish legs in it - definitely not cleaned. The back door lock didn’t work, the master bathroom faucet was missing a piece. 2 small garbage bags for all week for garbage, we were told to go buy more. Poorly stocked basics for kitchen. We’ve only stay in highly rated properties and have only given positive reviews to date. But this was hugely disappointing, I felt like it was important to rate our stay. The property is for sale, seems like no one is caring for it. The location however, is something that can’t be beat.

Cute little place

Was kind of misled on description of location....... Not steps from beach but a little hike! 🤔 We splurged a little on price thinking we had a view.... so not worth the price. The finishes were very nice..... master bed room carpet was stained and ugly. We love Anna Maria and will be back, but not to this rental. For what we paid we could have had something much nicer. 🙁

Charming little cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The small, warm pool was perfect for our young family and we used it almost every day. Access to the beach was directly across the street and just a short walk, which couldn’t have been more ideal! We’d love to book it again some day if we get the chance! Thanks!

Easy rental process throughout. The house and pool are great for a small family. Few improvements to be made: Dust the faux plants and lamps. Fix the sliding screen door & replace the master bedroom carpet.
