Awesome place to stay when visiting AMI! Super close/walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars. The house was very clean and well stocked. It met the needs of our family of 6 perfectly! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house close to the beach

This is an absolutely beautiful house just one block from the beach. Very convenient for walking down and seeing the sunset or walking to a couple local restaurants. The day of check-in, I was supposed to receive a email with the code to the entry door by 4 PM, which is check in time, at quarter after 4 I finally called to say I hadn’t received the email and they hadn’t sent it to me.??? Once we got settled in we decided to get into the pool outback, only to have the pool cleaning company just show up and start cleaning the pool while we were in it and then they tol us we had to get out and stay out for an hour while they put chemicals in. I understand that this is a third-party cleaning service but I feel it is something that should be done at a different time other than when somebody is just checking in and getting settled and needing to relax after a long day of travel. Also, no pool floats or anything to use in the pool nor were there any beach chairs, coolers, etc. for using at the beach. There is a small store around the corner that rents out the beach chairs and coolers and we ended up renting them for a one day rental for 50. There were 4 bicycles in the garage, but they were locked up and unable to be used. Once again, there are rental stores locally. Small toiletries were given for each bathroom. Even with the couple negatives that I’ve expressed, I would definitely stay here again. The home is gorgeous and the location is perfect.

Perfect Stay in Anna Maria – Beautiful Home & Ideal Location!

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous, clean home in Anna Maria! Our family of four loved every aspect of it. The recently updated kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well-appointed, making our stay extra comfortable. The open-concept layout was perfect for socializing, with a spacious kitchen and living area that flowed seamlessly onto a large patio—great for meals or just relaxing. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach as well as nearby restaurants and shops. We’ve always loved visiting AMI, and this property made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

House was nice. The couch needs to go. It was pretty uncomfortable, Old, And unsightly. The outside deck was filthy and my kids were really dirty walking outside. We did not go back out on it after that

Great property and location

We loved staying here! The property was in a fantastic location. We could walk to many local restaurants and coffee shops, and the beach was practically across the street. The home is well furnished, beds are comfortable — everything has been updated. The pool was used every day. We’ll be back!

Even better than the photos!

This property had been fully updated since the online photos were taken. It was light, bright and airy with a beautiful large kitchen and fully remodeled bathrooms. Located in a great location for walks to the beach, walks to dinners at local restaurants, very close to rental location for bikes and golf carts, evening walks to get ice cream, and a short bike ride to Bean Point! The heated pool was a favorite every day! Thank you to the owners for sharing your property with us!
