There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas. Other features include pool table, connect 4, an outdoor shower and gas grill.There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking and gate area.Optional pool heating, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
