Great property that is very clean and well-maintained. The property had beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas which were so nice! The pool is a nice perk when staying in. Loved it and can’t wait to make plans for a return visit!

The location was really close to the main shops allowed us to do everything we wanted to do. The house amenities were phenomenal and the communication from the property management team was beyond what we could’ve expected. Definitely looking at this place to stay again.

Great quiet neighborhood north of Pine

We loved this property. it was perfect for my husband and me and our dog loved the open layout as well as the fenced in pool area. The kitchen is fantastic. The best of any rental we ever had on the island. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to Pine was also fantastic. We will rent here again.

This was our 5th year on AMI and we’ve stayed across nearly the whole island. This place was by far the best we’ve had. The home is exceptionally clean, well appointed, and made accommodating my family very easy. My children loved the pool, and the location made it great to get around, particularly to local restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

The property was very well done. Liked the king beds, large and well organized kitchen, living area and the pool. Location was walking distance to both sides of the island, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the house for our 2 week stay. Just big enough for our needs and the pool was great. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants! Our only issue was the internet kept going out so you may need a new router!

Adorable mid century home that has been very nicely updated. Clean and so well appointed. Great location. Our only complaint is that we could not figure how to heat hot tub or if it even got hot? Rather an odd design with it overflowing into the main pool. We would’ve liked for it to work or suggest a separate pool and hot tub. Otherwise we love this house. Bonus for the outdoor shower which we used daily and the great screened in breezeway.

Wonderfully relaxing stay

The Lakeview Cottage is a wonderful gem. Beautifully decorated mid century modern with updated everything. The pool was completely enjoyable and wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is completely stocked with extremely nice dishes, pots and pans, etc. Really can’t say enough good things about the place. We intend to return next year and hopefully for several years after.

This is a wonderful house for a couple or a small family that needs a two bedroom place. The house has the best kitchen - both in terms of style and being well stocked - that we've experienced in the years we've stayed in Anna Maria. the outdoor space is so lovely and communication with the management/owners was fast and friendly. we look forward to staying here again next year!
