The Space:

Welcome to Mermaid’s Purse, a perfectly located north-end vacation home with just two houses to Palmetto Beach and a quick walk from the famous Pine Avenue boutiques and restaurants. This rental has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and features a private pool. Pack your bags and get ready for the best vacation yet!



Friends and family can gather and connect in the living area, where they can make Anna Maria Island adventure and activity plans or sit back and watch their favorite tv show. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to serve delicious island-inspired meals and ample counter space that makes meal prep a breeze. Friends and family can enjoy a quick snack at the kitchen island and a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning. There is a dining area perfect for delighting in the best Anna Maria Island take-out and a seating area under the covered patio perfect for enjoying bbq cookouts.



Relax in the colorful primary bedroom, where can catch up on much-needed sleep and delight in the sounds of the Florida palm trees swaying. After a long day of beach days and island activities, refresh in the first bathroom’s walk-in shower. The second bedroom is ideal for younger guests or single travelers and has an ensuite bathroom with an updated walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room to ensure every guest gets their best sleep.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private heated pool and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.

For your convenience, the home includes 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!
