New Luxury-Professionally Decorated Home Pool/Spa 5 Minutes walk to beach

This brand new rebuild on Anna Maria Island located within Anna Maria city has 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms home plus loft that is professionally decorated throughout, with state-of-the art quartz counter tops, JennAir professional stainless-steel appliances, wide plank wood tile floors, bead board ceilings. All bathrooms have basket weave marble shower flooring and quartz counters and there is a Whirlpool Washer & Dryer. The house has everything necessary for a perfect beach vacation. You just bring your clothes, toiletries and sunscreen. You will find new linens and towels for bath. Our kitchen is well equipped with KitchenAid utensils, Keurig coffee maker, KitchenAid blender, toaster, Macy’s hotel collection dishes, cups, flatware, cutlery, and bake ware.

We have two master bedrooms. Both have a King size bed, TV with private French door leading to the pool and spa area with its own on-suite. The other master bedroom that is also on the first floor has French doors that lead out to the front yard, also with large comfortable King size bed and tv. The third bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed, TV, large closet and access to the 3rd bathroom with double sinks and separate shower area. The loft has 2 twin beds that are uniquely designed, TV and has direct access to bathroom upstairs. This loft area also has access to the upstairs outside deck area overlooking the front yard. Large living room with large sofa and chair and big flat screen TV. Dining area with chandelier seats 6 comfortably as well as large kitchen island that seats 5. Free Wifi cable/internet is provided.

Outside you can relax on the covered lanai with comfortable seating or enjoy the pool and heated spa. Also provided are pool toys and chairs for the beach, plus a wagon to hall it all. There are many different types of palm trees on the property including the coconut palms that make the backyard feel more like an island oasis! Enjoy dining poolside or unwind in the spa and after dark under the palm trees in the private backyard. Don't forget to watch the night sky for stargazing while floating in the pool or sitting in the hot tub.

If you have more than 6, the sister property next door is "White Pearl" (VRBO 2026400) which can accommodate 8 guests. AMI has strict noise ordinance-no loud parties after 10 PM. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, no exceptions! If occupancy is exceeded the reservation will be cancelled, without warning and all guests will be asked to vacate the property. This property is licensed with the City of Anna Maria for only 6 guests.

There are 3 security cameras on property at the front door, pool equipment and the driveway. Please purchase travel insurance if you have any concerns about your ability to travel to the property, very similar to car insurance you should consider protecting your investment into your vacation.
