This beautiful luxury pool home is one of a kind in a secluded prestigious North end location directly on the canal with 100 feet of waterfront and is just a short walk from Pine Avenue's shops and restaurants. It is a short straight shot bike ride (2 minutes by golf cart) to the beautiful beach at Bean Point. Escape into this home's backyard oasis which includes a gorgeous pool, spa, and pool bar. Play corn hole or just chill out by the fire pit and take in the canal breezes.
Enjoy 1 gigabyte speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Spoil yourself vacationing at this magnificent 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath coastal contemporary pool home with views of nature and canal waterfront. This new home is loaded with impressive details and rich finishes throughout. The entire back side of the ground floor area offers an incredible indoor/outdoor living space. The upstairs (main floor) features an open floor plan that will amaze you with custom details throughout and canal views from the main living area. The natural light that shines through the home is so calming and relaxing.
The ground level features a large bonus area (not under a/c). There is a sitting/dining area and the game room with ping pong and foosball.

EXTERIOR

The backyard of this property is beautifully landscaped and very private with an outdoor undercover seating area. Relax in the 25 ft. x 9 ft. pool as you listen to the breeze through the Australian Pines. Bring your paddle boards and kayaks or go fishing off the dock. The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft.) along the dock up to 20 ft. long. There is also a floating dock at the property for your easy access for canoes and paddleboards. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

The property includes the use of the two-car garage. In addition to the garage, there are four exterior parking spots available for use.

Pool heat is $150.00 per week. The heater is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting when the heat is turned on. Pool temperatures might not always reach 86 F. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August-January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Amazing family vacation

Absolutely stunning property with all photos accurately representing what you will experience. Great location so close to all restaurants and the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool every day and almost refused to go to the beach - great size bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is perfect for 10 plus people if need to. We would love to come back! With or without kids, LOL

Beautiful clean modern home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were amazed as soon as we opened the door. The layout is perfect. The pool and game room kept everyone busy. We enjoyed watching the fish from the dock and even saw manatee! The location of the home is perfect and located in a quiet area. Duncan is great to work with. They communicated throughout the trip. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! I can't say enough good things about the home and team Duncan! We hope to stay there again our next trip to Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful, modern vacation stay

I've stayed in many beach homes, and this was definitely the most stunning from the curb appeal, to interior to the dock on the canal. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen which was well stocked. Initially, the freezer kept setting off the alarm, but a PM came over quickly and discovered the freezer basket was put in backwards so it wasn't closing all the way. Another thing to note is the ordinance to have alarms on the doors near pool. A warning sign could be posted to prepare unsuspecting guests. Also, note the "plunge pool" with the bar is best in summer, but not heated. Great location close to Pine Ave and a quick bike ride or golf cart trip to Bean Point, which was our favorite beach to enjoy. Thanks for the great experience!
