Beds were comfortable, pillows were great! Kitchen was stocked! And you can’t hear the neighbors next door when you’re inside! It was great! Perfect for a small family. Beach entrance is across the road and I would absolutely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The cottage is spanking brand new, which is most appreciated. The proximity to the beach couldn't be better. Bean point and the surrounding neighborhood is the finest, most private and quiet location on Ana Maria Island.

Rasa made us feel very welcoming, every detail was great! This home is very inviting and comfortable, kitchen is very well-equipped, in fact extremely so. Wagon available with chairs and umbrella to cart to beach was also helpful.We had a great time!!

Excellent Stay

Property was impeccably clean and comfortable for our stay, and equipped as advertised. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach - nearly right across the street is the path leading between houses to the water. We also enjoyed walking a loop down to pine avenue, across the island, and back.
