Welcome to Seashell, a spacious second-floor coastal home that lives on the most desired street in Anna Maria!
Perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, Pine Avenue restaurants, and shopping, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable island vacation—without needing to drive.

Inside, the bright open-concept living area features beautiful wood floors, abundant natural light, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests, making family meals and game nights easy.

The primary suite offers a king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Every bedroom has its own flat-screen TV for added comfort.

Step outside to enjoy both front and back porches. The rear porch overlooks your private fenced pool, complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, towels, and beach gear are all provided.

Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property.
• Parking – Maximum of 1 assigned vehicle.
• Pet Policy – Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
• Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
