This historic home was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated & perfectly equipped for your stay.

Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, 10 Randall is conveniently located, granting instant access to the Main Gate of The US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, local restaurants and bars, boat cruises, and a variety of specialty shops ~ Making this location ideal for wedding parties, Navy parents and Alumni, sailors, and weekend travelers.

For those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, the private courtyard provides the perfect setting for intimate dining or catching up on a good book.

Professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained, this home sleeps eight (8) comfortably in two queen beds, one convertible full bed, and one sectional/sleeper (queen) in the living room.

Great weekend with family!

The communication was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Location is the best for USNA and walking to restaurants and shops in Annapolis. House is very charming with many amenities.

Best location in Annapolis

The house was absolutely perfect for our USNA Reunion. About 10 steps to Gate 1 and just a few more to the heart of downtown made it a weekend we will remember. The host was responsive and accommodated our requests and was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable and having access to parking was very convenient. The house itself was quaint with character and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 4 young children and had ample space. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! We really hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location, great property, great communication with owner. If you stay in Annapolis, you know how stressful it is finding street parking. The included parking spot in the secure garage (directly behind the rental) was a huge bonus for this property!

Cute, cozy, quaint house w/charm.*SPECTACULAR LOCATION* just steps from City Dock, Shopping & Dining

This cozy home was perfect for my coaches & I that were in town for a lacrosse tourney @ the Naval Academy. This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back! We had an amazing stay at this home! The location was ideal—close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Parking was incredibly convenient, a garage in back! The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the adorable back patio—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Cute cottage in a great location

While the cottage may have some of the historic/ older quirks, it is a wonderful (and beautiful ) property that we would highly recommend! We loved the walk-ability to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Despite its close location, it’s quiet at night lending to a good nights sleep 😊. The owner provided us some great insight on the location as well.

Great location for visiting USNA

We had a great stay at 10 Randall!! It was the perfect location for us to bring our Mid's grandparents to experience USNA and downtown Annapolis! Each morning it was great for whoever wanted to walk to town grab a coffee and head to the marine to watch the boats! The location is perfect, the ammenities are great and John was responsive with any questions or concerns! Thank you for a great stay in Annapolis!

Annapolis Weekend

Weekend visit to see our midshipman. The location is directly across the street from gate 1. Garage parking was a plus. Host was very clear on the dimensions on the garage. Our minivan fit in the garage but just barely. Will be staying there again!

Perfect location!

We had a wedding at USNA and this house was perfect! Steps away from gate 1 and all of the bars and restaurants DTA has to offer. The house was spacious enough for four adults and two kids. It was a hot weekend and it was so nice to be close to everything. We enjoyed having a parking spot as well. The host was helpful and communicative. We would stay here again!
