This historic home was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated & perfectly equipped for your stay.

Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, 10 Randall is conveniently located, granting instant access to the Main Gate of The US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, local restaurants and bars, boat cruises, and a variety of specialty shops ~ Making this location ideal for wedding parties, Navy parents and Alumni, sailors, and weekend travelers.

For those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, the private courtyard provides the perfect setting for intimate dining or catching up on a good book.

Professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained, this home sleeps eight (8) comfortably in two queen beds, one convertible full bed, and one sectional/sleeper (queen) in the living room.

great location

We booked this for taking our child to USNA for I-day. It's literally right across the street from gate 1, which made going on and off the yard super quick and easy. Easy walk to downtown as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Our two night stay here was excellent. The location was unbeatable for attending an event at USNA, as well as for dining and exploring the streets of downtown Annapolis. Communication with the owner was great, and he was very accommodating with my special requests. We will stay here again for future events.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at John’s home. The location could not have been better. It is centrally located to restaurants, shops, the Naval Academy and St John’s College. Best location in Annapolis

The house was absolutely perfect for our USNA Reunion. About 10 steps to Gate 1 and just a few more to the heart of downtown made it a weekend we will remember. The host was responsive and accommodated our requests and was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded Our Expectations

We loved our visit to Annapolis, and our stay at 10 Randall was all that we’d imagined it would be.We wish the weather has been a tad warmer, but I don’t think John could have fixed that .We highly recommend this charming home.
