Very nice experience! Wow this was a great experience! Lovely room nice staff and very clean place close to restaurant and main street

Front staff very unaccommodating. Could not get early check in. Requested king room got handicap double room! I was told that because i ordered through Expedia they wouldn't guarantee my room…what? I just traveled Europe through Expedia and was Never treated this way. The bar tenders sucked! The food disgusting. worked for Westin Hotels for 15 years and this is not a Westin hotel. Marriott you should be ashamed to treat customers this way. If you don't like a 3rd party selling your rooms don’t let them do it. It should not be taken out on the customer.

All of your comments will be dealt with at a management level and relayed back to the hotel team.
