Studio, furnished apartment above detached garage on family's sprawling property. Queen-bed, with pull out full couch. Sleeps up to 4. Well-appointed and outfitted, eat-in kitchenette. Gorgeous bathroom. Vaulted ceilings. Access to our saltwater pool(seasonal) that is shared with your host family and other Oasis guests, outdoor fireplace with TV(also shared with other Oasis guests), outdoor grill and pavilion with TV and Bose system.Less than a 10 min drive to downtown Annapolis.

The property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a full-size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, stove and dishwasher. Just outside the property entrance is the gorgeous “Oasis” pool.
This studio is PERFECT for small families or friends visiting the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis Boat Shows or any of the many Annapolis events we have going on here year-round.

The property is a mere 3.5 miles away from Downtown Annapolis.

Our family loved staying at the Waterfront Oasis Star. Beth and Andy were very accommodating and kind. They took the time to welcome us and gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat in Annapolis! The Star was clean, spacious, and we loved the heated pool, as well as the TV and outdoor fireplace! A true Oasis! We would love to come back!

Such a great hidden gem! Hubby and I booked this for a Weekend away and you truly felt Away! 10 min from downtown Annapolis, but you felt on your own tropical paradise. A magical pre-Christmas getaway!

Beth and Andy were the most wonderful hosts who reached out ahead of my stay to make sure I was able to get to their property safely and provided all sorts of helpful amenities once I settled in! Beth was so kind to show me around the property and make sure I had everything I needed. Their Oasis getaway house was exactly that! Beautiful big ceilings, open floor plan, spacious bathroom and a fridge full of various beverages - I felt right at home! Beth and Andy’s house was spick and span and felt so spacious. I can’t wait to return for another visit next year! Thank you Beth and Andy!

The family that lives on the grounds and rent this property was super nice, communicative and welcoming. The property itself, a renovated 2nd floor of a large detached garage, was beautiful with wood floors, new kitchen, large tile bathroom and cool family style wooden kitchen table. The owners provide a great guide to the local area so you really have everything you need. You also have access to the beautiful outdoor deck and chais with a fireplace and big screen TV just a walk away from the creek. We didn't have time but apparently you can also rent boats from the water here as well. All and all a very nice experience and we look forward to going back for a longer stay!

Birthday Weekend

Had a great time with my wife for her birthday. Location was so close to so many things that it made moving around to all the places we wanted to visit super convenient while still being rather secluded from the bustle of the main roads. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely and the amenities were top notch. Definitely thinking about visiting again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

From time to time i do VRBO's. And the Waterfront Oasis of Annapolis was absolutely the best one i have ever stayed at. It exceeded every expectation i had. Relaxing Getaway!

I found Beth and Andy’s place because I wanted something different than a hotel stay. This was a business trip but why not enjoy your location? Well relaxing getaway was what I found! The property was so inviting, the hosts were extremely helpful, attentive and very welcoming. I had the apartment on the property and the amenities were great. Having a kitchen to avoid take out is always a bonus. The property was well kept and very clean. The pool and gathering areas very relaxing. The proximity to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy was extremely convenient. I appreciated the tour book in the apartment with all things Annapolis to help me navigate my stay. I even met some coworkers at Choptank (one of the recommendations) for dinner which as fantastic! The little extras and attention to detail made this work trip feel like a mini vacation. I arrived a guest but I feel like I left with a couple new friends. I will definitely be staying here again when I work in the area. No more hotels for me! I may even check out one of their boating adventures next time. I highly recommend Beth and Andy’s VRBO if you plan on being in Annapolis.

Wonderful Waterfront Oasis

Wonderful Weekend! We had the pleasure of staying at Waterfront Oasis for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was truly amazing! We were welcomed lovingly and we were provided with a tour of the property. We were blown away by the luxury suite and the beautiful views. We enjoyed the access to the pool, patio with plenty of room to relax on the sofas, and the grilling area was perfect! Being able to walk down to the dock to watch sunsets was just breathtaking. We loved every moment and will definitely be back again soon!

Above and Beyond!

My husband and I were traveling to Annapolis for a family reunion with our one year old grandchild. Our hosts, Beth and Andy went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay on their beautiful property. We were treated like family the whole time that we were there. Beth was so helpful when it came to questions or concerns that I had in traveling for the first time with our baby granddaughter. To celebrate my Birthday, we took a boat tour with Captain Andy, which was our granddaughters’s first boat ride, and it turned out so much better than we expected. When we returned to shore Andy made us his famous Orange Crush adult beverage! Everything was just perfect, from our accommodations, to the gorgeous property and the beautiful swimming pool to the location being less than 15 minutes drive from town. We have family in the Annapolis area and we would definitely choose to stay at the Oasis again. If you’re looking for a unique and special experience, we highly recommend it!!

Extended weekend getaway

This property is gorgeous. The title of waterfront is misleading. Only the people who choose to rent the houseboat can enjoy the waterfront aspect. The family is always present. I did not realize how very close their home is to the rental property. Cannot watch tv outside without their assistance. Cannot start your own fires. The owners were using their gorgeous outdoor areas on 2 of the 3 evenings we were there,. How the seating is arranged makes it is not an easily shareable place. We felt like we would be invading them if we joined. The micromanaging is over the top.

If I Tell You It Won’t Be a Best Kept Secret!

Beth and Andy’s property is amazing! Located directly on the water, we felt like we were miles away from home yet it was the perfect staycation! From the warm hospitality to the attention to details, we truly enjoyed our stay. Pool, Outdoor lounge area, lakeside relaxation and minutes from Annapolis’s Main Street, this place was perfect!
