What a gem! The location was absolutely perfect, right in old town Annecy!! And the day we arrived there was a market just outside!! What an amazing stay!! Windows on both sides of the apartment to view both the courtyard on one side and the old town on the other (where we could see the market). Do not miss the patisserie downstairs -- fantastic!!! It is apartments like this that make me say "I could live here!". The only issue was finding the apartment: it is the last door on the right, at the end of the hallway.
L'appartement correspond bien au descriptif : bien équipé, vaste, proche de tout, accueil très sympatique. Mais en cas de canicule, il y fait très chaud : exposé plein ouest, sans volets. Il donne sur 2 places très touristiques : très bruyant jusqu'à environ 2 h du matin, puis bruyant dès 6h du matin (nettoyage des rues, installation des échopes touristiques...). De fait par temps de canicule on a le choix entre fermer les fenêtres et ne pas dormir parce qu'on a trop chaud ou ouvrir les fenêtres et ne pas dormir parce qu'il y a trop de bruit...
