In the heart of the city center, in an old secure building, a renovated character apartment of 58 sqm
Apartment with a lot of charm.
With its southern exposure its vast living room is bathed in light all day.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
A 180° view of the famous canal and its listed monuments.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
The entrance to the apartment is located in a street where you can drop off your luggage with your vehicle.
Many parking spaces are located between 150 and 300m.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.
This apartment has a sleeping area for 2 people, with a double bed of 160 cm (Queen).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher & oven.
Linen is provided for your stay and a washing machine is at your disposal.

The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas.

After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
