The property has been redone by an interior architect and thanks to its well arranged 57m2 and the quality of the chosen services you have everything at your disposal to fully enjoy the property as if you were at home.



Ideally located 100m from the lake, 50m from the bike path and 200m from the old town you will have all the leisure to move on foot.

You can admire the sunrise over the lake from the terrace during your breakfast.





The required extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- the housekeeping (price per property) is entered in the booking automatically

- Bed and toilet linen (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



We want you to take full advantage of your holiday, for this between each traveler the cleaning and beds are done.



Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:



The household includes:

- Cleaning floors, surfaces and windows;

- cleaning of the bathroom and toilet

- disinfection of the dwelling



The household does not include:

- cleaning, drying and storing dishes

- storage of furniture and equipment for housing

- removal of foodstuffs from the refrigerator



Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
