The Neuk is a stunning 2 bedroom upper floor former show home apartment in a new development in Cellardyke, Anstruther. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a memorable, comfortable and relaxing stay. As a former show home the property benefits from quality wallpaper decoration and furnishings throughout. The Neuk Apartment is well located to take advantage of the many golf courses, historical coastal villages as well as award winning beaches and eateries. The master bedroom has an ensuite with walk in shower and the main bathroom has a bath with shower over. The kitchen is well equipment with everything you will need for a relaxing visit including a dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. The property is fitted with a Nest thermostat with easy controls to maintain a constant temperature throughout the apartment and high speed fibre to the property ensuring a fast wifi connection is available for your stay. All in all you will find this property to be a home from home and we look forward to welcoming you to enjoy a relaxing stay in our apartment. EPC Rating B.
