This is an amazing and inspiring place in the midst of a city and a people that have faced so much loss due to the earthquakes of Feb ‘23. Great staff extremely helpful. Nice breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the courtyard is such a restorative place.

The hotel is great! Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well-kept. Air conditioning works like a charm. Great variety at breakfast. The hotel is right next to the Uzun Çarşı, much of which seems to be up and operating again, at least, in some capacity. I would stay here in a second if I come to Antakya again. Thanks again to the great staff for a great stay.

Otel tam çarşının içinde . Otopark büyük sorun. Uzakta ve çok dar bir otopark. Ama otel personeli arabayı alıp - getirme konusunda yardımcı oluyor . Bazı odalar kasvetli . O yüzden oda değiştirdik. Daha ferah bir oda ile değiştirdiler. Ama personelin ilgi ve alakası , yardımcı olma istediği, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı 5 yıldızı hakediyor. Harika bir kahvaltı veriyorlar çesit çok ve hepsi lezzetli. Yardımı ve güler yüzü için Betül Hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Medeniyetin şehri Hatay’da konaklama yapacağınız en doğru adres kesinlikle Avula otel. Otel tarihi şehrin tam ortasında, uzun çarşının içinde yer alıyor. Bizim gibi şehre ilk kez gezmeye ve yemek yemeye geldiyseniz konum olarak mükemmel. Gün içerisinde gidip kıyafet değişikliği tuvalet ihtiyaçlarınızı bile giderebilirsiniz, çünkü önünden geçiyorsunuz! Ancak çok hareketli böyle bir çarşıda yer almasının gürültü gibi bir yan etkisi var, erken saatlerde dükkanların açılmasıyla gürültü başlıyor. Bizi etkilemedi, sadece otelde müsaitlik varsa direk avlu odası tercih etmeyebilirsiniz. Tam önünüzde oturma alanı olduğu için çok fazla gürültü oluyor. Bizim odamız avludaydı, gürültüden rahatsız olup değiştirilmesini istedik ve çok ilgilenip hemen yardımcı oldular. Bir daha Antakyaya gidersek yine bu oteli tercih ederiz çünkü yenilenme, kahvaltı, ve temizlikten tam not aldı. Teşekkürler.
