The communications with both Ruralidays and the owner Marie Carmen were excellent at every stage of my booking.Alma del Tejar was presented immaculately and the standard of all the fixtures and fittings in the property were all very new and to a very high standard. The exterior offered an assortment of different areas and shade with good quality furniture in perfect condition. The pool was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location of the villa was exactly what we required, in a peaceful rural location with spectacular views and also with adequate nearby food shopping outlets and major shopping opportunities within 30 minutes drive.A special thank you to Marie Carmen who was available to greet us and always available to answer any queries, but also observed our privacy.A thoroughly excellent villa which is very well run and maintained. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Beautiful property. Pictures don't do it justice. We went in December. The area is 600m above sea level. It was pretty cold and wet. We made the best of it we could. A car is a must and the air conditioning worked as heating in the property. So it wasn't too bad. You certainly need warm clothes at that time of year. That's what you get when your birthday is in December. Local village about 20mins away with a Fab supermarket, petrol station and restaurants. Too far to walk to it or safe on the roads. There is no street lighting around the area and lots of winding roads. About 40 minutes before you get to major roads. The GPS given for the property didn't work. Took us to the wrong location. They need to provide what 3 words for the location. I asked for it with Rural holidays. Works a lot better than GPS. Foam mattress beds which were ok. Not the comfests. With only 2 comfy pillows at the property. The rest were long foam pillows which were not nice to use. Nice and clean property and everything to a high spec and they have covered everything which you require for the stay. We didn't want to leave it. It was perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. Nice to try when it's the warmer season. Can try the pool without nearly dying from hyperthermia! Owners were really friendly and helped us with links for local supermarkets etc. Beautiful place, probably one of the nicest we have stayed in and holiday!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Die Anfahrt ist bergig und kurvenreich, aber genau das erwartet man in dieser Gegend. Das Haus selbst ist bequem ĂŒber eine asphaltierte Straße zu erreichen. Der örtliche Supermarkt ist klein, bietet aber die meisten Dinge des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs und liegt in der NĂ€he des Hauses. Ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Supermarkt (Dia) ist etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ein Mercadona oder Carrefour ist in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Es ist ein außergewöhnliches Haus, sehr schön, sehr schön eingerichtet, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und friedlich. Das Einzige, was man beachten sollte, ist, dass es ziemlich weit weg von allem ist, was man unternehmen und besichtigen möchte. Trotzdem waren es zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in einem wunderschönen Haus. Ich kann es wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Einziger Nachteil: Man ist wirklich auf ein Auto angewiesen, um ĂŒberall hinzukommen. Alles ist ein bis eineinhalb Stunden mit dem Auto entfernt und oft mit Maut verbunden. Ansonsten war alles super.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus, das die Fotos ĂŒbertraf. Sehr sauber, mit ausgezeichneten Betten. Innen und außen ist alles tiptop gepflegt. Ich hatte schon viele FerienhĂ€user, aber dieses ist die Nummer 1. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und recht weit von SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten entfernt, aber das weiß man, wenn man in dieser Gegend ist. Ein guter Supermarkt ist 10 Autominuten und Antiquera eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Stadt, die nicht von Touristen ĂŒberlaufen ist und in der man lecker essen kann. Wenn Sie Ruhe, Komfort, PrivatsphĂ€re und die Annehmlichkeiten eines Zuhauses suchen, können Sie dieses Haus bedenkenlos buchen!

Wir haben eine Woche an diesem Ort verbracht. Das Wetter war nicht so toll, aber zum GlĂŒck war die Villa komfortabel und ein schöner Ort, um Zeit zu verbringen. Auch die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Die Villa selbst war so schön, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen wĂŒrden. Auch die ruhige, lĂ€ndliche Lage war ein Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank auch fĂŒr die Freundlichkeit des Personals und des Guides. 😊

Obwohl die Unterkunft nicht direkt an einer Autobahn liegt, war es dennoch möglich, viele Teile Andalusiens anzusteuern. Es ist hier etwas mehr Zeit einzuplanen, da die landwirtschaftlichen Straßen schmal, kurvig und oftmals nicht von gutem Teerbelag sind. Wir mussten keine ungeteerten Straßen befahren. Angekommen in der Unterkunft, erwartet einen ein wunderschönes, neues Ferienhaus, an dem nichts auszusetzen ist. Gestört hat uns gar nichts. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf eine grĂŒne Landschaft genossen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort nicht umfĂ€nglich vorhanden. Es empfiehlt sich daher auf den AusflĂŒgen die SupermĂ€rkte einzuplanen. In Antequera gibt es die gĂ€ngigen SupermĂ€rkte mit einem umfassenden Angebot. Die Gastgeber sind besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit und standen per Whatsapp mit uns in Kontakt. Die Sprachbarriere war dadurch nicht vorhanden. Es war rund um eine schöne Woche und die Ferienwohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Pool wird jede Woche vom EigentĂŒmer gepflegt, der Ihnen gleichzeitig BettwĂ€sche und saubere HandtĂŒcher bringt. Gute BettwĂ€sche. Ein zweiter KĂŒhlschrank befindet sich im Grillbereich außerhalb des Hauses, das ist sehr praktisch. Der Zugang ist fĂŒr die hĂŒgelige Region sehr einfach. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Felder mit Weizen- und OlivenbĂ€umen. Wir empfehlen. Das TĂŒpfelchen auf dem i: die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer, man spĂŒrt, dass sie einen zufriedenstellen wollen.

Auch die Einrichtungen (Schwimmbad, Grill, Sonnenliegen) sind in einwandfreiem Zustand. In der KĂŒche, im Schlafzimmer, im Badezimmer oder im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine große Auswahl an Utensilien und Annehmlichkeiten. Obwohl es etwas abseits liegt, gibt es einen Supermarkt nur 2 Autominuten entfernt und die nĂ€chste Stadt ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Auch der Umgang mit den Besitzern, Mari Carmen und ihrer Familie, war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Wir wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen, es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung und wir werden sie nach Möglichkeit wiederholen.

Wir liebten die Ruhe, die bei Carmen herrscht: Diese Villa liegt mitten in Feldern. Über die Straßen zu den umliegenden StĂ€dten können Sie die andalusische Landschaft genießen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass Sie einen angenehmen und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt haben. DarĂŒber hinaus ist der Besitzer unglaublich nett und immer verfĂŒgbar. Ich empfehle 1000 Mal!
