The staff is always welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully kept, and the historic charm of the building makes every stay feel special. The location can’t be beat, we were able to walk right to Winterfest and enjoy the holiday lights, ice rink, and all the festivities with ease. Highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown El Paso. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Had biz trip visiting location near airport. Location perfect, shuttle bus was prompt after calling hotel. It is an easy 10 minute walk between hotel and airport. Staff and housekeeping were great. Had suite w fireplace, spacious albeit getting outdated. Clean overall. No issues. "
