The room smelled horrible, like mildew. Stains on the towels, broken lampshades and missing, cracks in the tile, carpet stained and torn. Pool not in season so we could not access the hot tub. The restaurants were very pleasant and locals nice

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the staff. They were accomedating and friendly and was the only thing saving this hotel from a 1 star review. After we checked in and got to our room which was a suite, I immediately saw how filthy the room was with stains on the couch and the carpet, cracks where the walls met the ceiling. The balcony door would open, but was broken and was difficult to close. When I went down to the hotel desk and asked for a different room the attendant was very helpful and found us another suite. When we walked into this room it was much of the same with stains, cracks and the broken balcony door, but the thing that made us leave this hotel immediately was the mold in the bathroom along the shower walls. I went to done the hotel desk one last time to ask them to cancel our reservation and requested a refund as the room had mold in the bathroom. The attendant was very empathetic and cancelled our reservation and processed a refund. We are still waiting for the refund and I hope to hear from the property soon to confirm reversing the charge on my card.

The first room the toilet was leaking. So the Staff gave a key to another room,The second room was not cleaned properly the night stand was sticky the mirrors were dirty. The air conditioning made a loud noise every time it turned on. I have stayed at this Hotel before and the room was very nice. Not sure why this stay ,both of the rooms were in bad conditions.
