The room smelled horrible, like mildew. Stains on the towels, broken lampshades and missing, cracks in the tile, carpet stained and torn. Pool not in season so we could not access the hot tub. The restaurants were very pleasant and locals nice

Great location in East El Paso. Breakfast was filling. Most staff were polite. They don't take Chime for whatever reason. Bed was comfortable, room clean. Would stay again.

Excellent/Outstanding Yes, great breakfast. Front staff is excellent! Jose, Ben, and the front desk female working Jan 14 26 are all superb. Breakfast outstanding, large variety food, so glad they added oatmeal too. Delicious! Poor Shuttle services are no longer available from 11pm to 7am. Big problem. Most of my flights leave prior at 6am with checking 2 hours prior, I take a 4am shuttle. I always book Hawthorne because of excellent shuttle service. Now, this is a major problem, you no longer provide the services needed. Also, what happened to your evening happy hour? I am very disappointed in your recent changes but I applaud your excellent staff!

Coffee all day. Breakfast OK considering a hotel. The room was clean. Only thing I disliked was the bathroom shower, it could be a bit larger, removing the bathtub would be best. Very little exercise equipment, not worth having.

Room was awful, old, dirty, as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff was careless and unwilling to help. The same with Expedia, was impossible ti reach out to them. A total fiasco and típico.
All halls dirty, carpet was filthy.
Wet spots everywhere and lots of mould in every wall.

Common are furniture and carpet are very dirty, hallway carpets are dirty and smell bad, room carpet is also dirty and has a bad odor. Furniture in room is old and worn down. The chair in my room was in very bad condition, it was torn and dirty. I will never stay in this hotel again.
