Excellent stay

The apartment is well located close to all amenities. We found a well stocked welcome pack along with beach essentials. Henrique was an excellent host allowing us to check in slightly early even though he had guests who had just departed. We we’re also able to extend our check out to the early evening as no guests we’re checking in that day. All in all an excellent stay

Spacious apartment walking distance to trains and old town

We enjoyed our stay in Antibes, and wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area even more. The apartment was very nice, well stocked with coffees and all we needed for cooking a meal. There are balconies on both sides and views of the hills and local park. Hosts were wonderful.

Wonderful stay in Antibes!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment during our visit to the French Riviera. The apartment had everything that we needed and was in a great location. The hosts were very thoughtful in how they appointed the apartment and accommodating during the check-in / check-out process. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here! Note that the apartment is on the third floor so could be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Great location

The location is close to both the train station and the old city which makes it easy to visit other places or stay closer to the apartment. The host was always quick to respond to any inquiries and was very helpful when we needed a later checkout.

Gorgeous modern central apartment

The communication with host Henriques was very friendly and efficient. The apartment itself has been lovingly renovated in a bright contemporary style, and fronts a tranquil park and is just a short stroll to the centre. No less than 3 supermarkets no further than 100m away. They were very generous with a good supply of condiments and household necessities. If I were to come back to Antibes I would look no further. Five out of five from us.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this very spacious, clean apartment. It was centrally located and depicted well in the photos. Came with a stocked kitchen for cooking. The only negative was there is no elevator in the building (as to be expected w/ most French apartment buildings) so having to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was the only downside. Henrique was great!

The apartment was in a great location. Perfect for us. Everything was clean and the hosts were lovely. We were worried about noice from a few of the local bars but the apartment was very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed for the beach (umbrella, towels, mats) which came in handy. I would stay again.

Winner!

Don’t hesitate, this apartment in Antibes old town was wonderful. Quiet, clean and cool with the bonus provisions that Henrique supplied on arrival - everything was delightful. The beach is five minutes walk, the old town restaurants and bars at your feet and for a lovely evening stroll take the ramparts towards Juan les pins. Can’t speak highly enough of our stay here.

I came to Antibes on an art, culture and history sojourn and this property was perfect for accessing everything I was interested in. The roomy apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly situated in the center of old town Antibes. I was close to excellent shopping, cafes, museums and historical sites. I plan on staying there again.

Great stay in Antibes

Lovely, light and airy apartment in perfect location for train station and the beach/coast. Airconditioning was very much appreciated. Great views from the back (Alps in the distance) and front of the property (amazing artwork) on the side of a new cinema complex). Cooked most days - great kitchen set up (although needed help from owner re working the oven). Very helpful and friendly hosts. Would definately recommend.

Bright appartment in lively area of Antibes.

Spacious appartment in a good location for train, shops, restaurants and lively bars, situated nearby. Henrique is very welcoming and sorted out any problems we had. Well equipped kitchen, for those who wish to self cater. Large, South facing balcony, with all day sunshine.

Really a perfect stay.

Host was attentive to every detail — apartment equipped better than any I’ve stayed in with all the basics for everyday things and then more, such as a basket of fresh fruit. He lives across the hall and met us at the door for a late arrival. Everything was “no problem.” Everything we wanted to do/ shopping/beach/museums was usually a 5-6 minute walk at most. Train station a 5 minute walk. No need for car. Awesome 😎

A spacious and very well equipped two-bedroom apartment

On arrival, due to an early morning flight change we requested an early check-in. This was graciously accommodated with no reservations. The apartment we were pleased to find is very bright and spacious. The kitchen included all appliances and every implement you could imagine. The balconies at both front and back have facilities to sit out to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The location is quite good, very close to both the beach/marina and town. As we’ve visited Antibes many times we have stayed in lots of different locations and so know well, the pros and cons. I would say that this location while being very handy is not the prettiest part of Antibes we’ve stayed in. Having said there’s an ‘up and coming’ feel about it. There’s some building work taking place in the opposing block and new, very nice apartments have been built since we were there a few years ago. Also some new bars and restaurants have opened close-by. We imagine that when the building work is complete it will all look very well indeed and will be a popular spot. Our only gripe is with key to the front door of the building. It’s a very old door with an old lock so it was often a challenge to open the door with either set of keys.

Immaculate apartment!

At 71, found 3 flights of stairs a bit challenging (I need the exercise!)...but the arrival in the apartment was sooooo worth it! Henrique helped us with our suitcases, and showed us his lovely, super-clean apartment....that was even air-conditioned! Lovely views of mountains and marina from kitchen window at back of apartment (and back balcony). Copious amounts of towels, and even WASHCLOTHS, which I really appreciated. Enrique even was kind enough to lug our suitcases out as we left. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we're ever back in Antibes!

Exceeded Expectations

The property was much bigger and brighter than I expected from the photos. It spans the entire width of the building so there are windows and balconies on both sides of the flat. The two bedrooms are each very roomy. The living room and kitchen are big. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and linens. Monica and Justine were very good at staying in touch when my flight was delayed by 3 hours. They were extremely responsive when the flat lost electricity just after midnight. The electrician showed up shortly after 8 am and fixed the problem. The location is superb, walking distance to center of town, beach and 10 mins walk to the train station. The only downside is that the flat is on the fourth floor in a building with no elevator. So heavy suitcases or any mobility issues could be a problem when staying at this flat.

great host and very accommodating

the flat was very clean and had all proper amenities to cook in as we did one night, the location was great and the air conditioning very welcoming in the Antibes 32 deg heat. One gets a good little workout up the 3 floors as there is no elevator but that was clear in the listing so no issue. As with most European flats, beds are on the firm side but the bedrooms themselves were quite ample in size and comfortable. would stay there again.

Family stay with small children. Amazing location, great, spacious apartment. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and has everything you will need for cooking and cleaning. It is 3 floors up with no elevator. Parking was a close walk and 100€ for two weeks. The apartment was in easy walking distance to everything you could need. Train station nearby. Beach nearby. Grocery nearby. Playgrounds nearby. If you have a car, the Casino Géant has the best selection of grocery and most reasonable prices we found. And of course all the patisserie, charcuterie, gelato you could ever want is a block away. Enjoy your stay!!

This place is clean and roomy with a nice, 3rd floor balcony.

We had a great stay here, comfortably sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The two balconies provide lots of airy breezes. There is space, good internet, and a clean kitchen. The location is two blocks from Old Town Antibes. Parking can be pricey at the nearby underground parking lot, so learn how to park on the street ASAP. We had a great time.
