For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 5.50 m² balcony facing east on the living room side, with two chairs and a table to enjoy the sunny days.
- A west-facing balcony of approx. 10 m² on the bedroom side, with two chairs and a table for enjoying fine weather.
