When I arrived they had told me there were no rooms available for me despite me booking 2 MONTHS in advance. They did not offer me a refund or any vouchers AT ALL. They let me know they booked me at different hotel however, the new hotel was way cheaper than what I paid, and did not have a restaurant or breakfast on site. I expressed my dissatisfaction however, they did not seem to care at all and did not care to offer any further assistance. Basically looked at me and said “too bad”. Horrible service!
