Stayed at Los Pasos property for a girls trip with 5 guests. The property was straight out of a fairy tale, charming and whimsical. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The location was central. Breakfast was included and it was very good! The staff was amazing; Brenda and the team were extremely accomodating and most importantly we felt safe! We ended up getting soaked in the rain and left our sneakers to dry outside of our rooms. They saw this and messaged me while we were put to ask if they could dry them for us!! This this is what above and beyond service looks like! This property does not have a swimming pool but they do have sauna and spa services. The only area of opportunity is better lighting in the room. Overall, we had a great stay with a superior customer experience. I recommend booking! I would revisit this property in the future!!

This hotel was amazing! Not only was it beautiful, the staff were some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered. They were accommodating and helpful and it was really the small touches that put this property over the top. For example they provided a little keepsake on our pillow at night, they hold the car door open for you, great you warmly. There are a lot of beautiful spaces to gather, a rooftop observation deck, rooftop terrace/dining area, a wine cellar, the bar, spa, and other little nooks and crannies along the way. It is also very clean and you can tell by the number of staff maintaining it that the appearance matters to them. The hotel is about 15 min-17 min walking to most sites so it’s a little further out but it is well worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Los Pasos Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and just amazing always helpful and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The hotel itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. From the serene atmosphere to the thoughtful service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again!

The hotel public spaces are nice. Check in was seamless with the front desk employees being polite. Our deluxe room was small - however the king size bed, with crisp bedding was really comfortable. The room was really clean - no concerns here. We booked this hotel for the spa and jacuzzi. It was disappointing to learn we could not use the jacuzzi unless a spa package was purchased. Breakfast was included with our stay - the food and service was spotty. If we booked this hotel again, we would pass on the extra cost to include breakfast. The location was ok, less then a 10 minute walk to the city square area. In closing - the hotel is nice but will likely try a different hotel on our next visit to Antigua.
