This is a very nice hotel. Service is great, Alejandra from the restaurant was super nice. This people evdn have toileteries from L Occitain, not frecuent in Latin America ans less in a small hotel

Great property! Very clean and beautiful spaces to relax and take in everything that Antigua offers. On the day of my checkout, there was maintenance in the room next door that was loud and disturbing, preventing me from taking a nap before departing.

We had a wonderful experience. We know a lot Antigua hotels, and can say due to our various experiencies that Los Pasos is outstanding in many ways. Since we booked the proporty, they solved a mistake (my mistake) in a friendly and fast manner. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The food is delicious and original. They have a lot of original choices for breakfast. Looking forward for another stay.
