Detached Sea View Villa on Gated Development.

Our detached, remodelled villa is light and airy and has stunning sea and mountain views from three terraces. The villa has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is a good size kitchen with granite work surfaces, a large separate lounge with dining table, three attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms.

There is a further room on the first floor which is not made available to guests.

The development is gated with remote controlled access to ensure complete privacy for guests. It is close to town and the beach.

During your stay you can enjoy our communal pool and children's pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pool. There is no lifeguard.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT CLEANING/ SANITIZING PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE PROVIDED IN THE VILLA ARE KEPT AWAY FROM CHILDREN



The nearest restaurant is about 5-10 minutes walk as is the nearest bar. There is everything here you need for a relaxing and fun filled holiday. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the town centre of Caleta De Fuste. The airport is 7 km away.

Dans l'ensemble une location agrĂ©able malgrĂ© quelques petits dĂ©sagrĂ©ments : La tĂ©lĂ©commande d'ouverture du portail ne fonctionnait pas, le ventilateur d'une des chambre non plus. Quant Ă  internet, mĂȘme si l'accĂšs est prĂ©vu il vous faudra souscrire un abonnement pour y en profiter. Enfin, chacun apprĂ©ciera l'impact des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments des avions en finale de l'aĂ©roport...

The complex was so easy to find and close enough to the town and beach. Spectacular mountain and ocean views from the sun deck. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were spotless and well stocked. The access to the villa was so easy although we arrived in the dark and missed the number and arrow showing us to the front door. The pool area was closed for repair. We all loved our stay and will definitely look to book again

We found the property to be of high standard, nothing looks tired. Good kitchen and bathrooms. New loungers on the balcony. The owners obviously re-invest back into this property. It is more like a home than a holiday let. For us the location is good, close enough to take a walk into the resort but not right in the thick of things. Also locally there are some bars and restaurants just 400metres away along with a small supermarket. A big Lidl is just 2 miles away. Being just a few miles from the airport is a bonus. For us this property is hard to beat.

Lovely villa with everything you need

Beautiful villa up the hill from caleta de fuste main town. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a lovely holiday. Towels, beach towels and a kitchen with everything you need and more. 2 sets of keys, which was handy as we travelled with friends. Lovely views, and great communication from the host. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely look to book again! Thank you!

Luxurious 3-Bedroom Villa at Marina Golf – A Relaxing Oasis in Caleta de Fuste

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a fabulous 3-bedroom villa within the gated Marina Golf complex in Caleta de Fuste, and it was a great experience. The communication and instructions from Linda and Steve was first class The villa itself was incredibly spacious. Each of the three bedrooms was large, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, offering plenty of storage space and comfort. The living areas were equally generous, with a beautifully furnished lounge and a modern kitchen fully equipped for any cooking needs. What really stood out was the breathtaking view from the villa. Whether lounging on the terrace or enjoying a meal outdoors, we were treated to panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape and golf course. It was an ideal backdrop for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The villa is part of a well-maintained gated community, providing an added sense of security and privacy. The shared pool area was excellent, clean, and never crowded during our stay. In terms of location, this villa is ideally situated. A 10-minute walk brought us to the heart of Caleta de Fuste, where we found plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. The villa's distance from the center allowed us to enjoy peace and tranquility while still being close to all the amenities and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a retreat with friends, or simply a relaxing vacation, this villa has it all. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!

Stayed for a week in this wonderful property , fantastic communication from the owners . Property was as listed , it has everything you could possibly need and more it is very well equipped . 4 terraces to sit although we only used 2 of them . Great location and stunning views and very close to supermarket and bars/ restaurants. Cannot fault it

Great Holiday by all

Terrific holiday

Villa was everything we had hoped for, and in a great location as well. Linda and Steve, the owners, are great people and were so easy to correspond with in the booking of their villa. The villa is managed by a lovely couple next door to the villa, Trish & Jim, who were an enormous help during our holiday. Trish was there, waiting to greet us on arrival and showed us round the property explaining everything, really helpful. Not much to add, as everything in previous reviews are absolutely spot on. We loved everything about the property and are looking at next year's dates with the hope of staying there again and would recommend the villa to family and friends without any hesitation. Super Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus

Wir haben schon sehr oft Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen oder HÀuser gemacht. Dieses Haus war eines der schönsten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles was man im alltÀglichen Leben benötigt ist vorhanden. Man hat vom Balkon einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der NÀhe. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem Haus. Wir kommen wieder.

"Wonderful Holiday"

What a fantastic 2 weeks we enjoyed at this property. The accommodation is as described though doesn't show how good it is. It is very much a "home from home" with nothing missing. The veranda area is superb with unbroken views across the sea and mountains, you are spoilt for choice. Both the owners and management team excelled, always there if needed but not intrusive. This is a property which rates highly and is one we hope to visit again soon.
