About the accomodation
Villa Chocolate is a prestigious villa located in the Pueblo Majorero development, which was completed in April 2020. The settlement offers you a completely private atmosphere, as access to the settlement itself is very limited. It is located in a quiet area surrounded by two golf courses and is just 5 minutes from the sandy coast, hotels, the Atlantico shopping centre with several shops, boutiques and restaurants. Access to the accommodation is also adapted for people with disabilities. The interior comprises 142 m2.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with furniture and kitchen appliances; dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave. A toaster, a mixer, a coffee machine and other small household appliances are also available for guests' convenience. The kitchen also has a small breakfast table with four chairs. Next to the kitchen there is a small utility room with washing machine, ironing table and cleaning utensils. Suitcases or golf equipment can also be stored.
Living room
The living room is spacious at almost 50 m2 and is furnished with a comfortable sofa for 6 people (it can comfortably accommodate guests with the legs up). A large LG 138 TV with various EU and UK channels is also available for your comfort and entertainment. ) High-speed WLAN is available throughout the house. The living room offers a pleasant view and access to the terrace with heated and illuminated swimming pool (from November till the end of May)
Dining room
The separate dining room is furnished with a massive table and 6 chairs (vintage style). The dining room also has direct access to the terrace and pool.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is furnished with new modern, high-quality furniture and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has a large and comfortable bed (Kingsize 180x200). A small dressing table and chair, an in-room safe and air conditioning are also available for guests' convenience.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a large and comfortable Kingsize 180x200 bed, fitted wardrobes and a room safe.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds (90X200), fitted wardrobes and a room safe.
All bedrooms feature photos taken on the island of Fuerteventura.
Bathroom
Bathroom 1 is an "en suite" accessible from bedroom 1. It is equipped with a bath with shower, washbasin, large mirror, toilet and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is equipped with a shower, a sink with a large mirror and a toilet.There is also a cupboard in the bathroom with fresh towels for guests.
Comfort and accommodation
1x swimming pool, Free WiFi, parking in a parking space behind a fence, non-smoking rooms, access for disabled persons possible, family room, outdoor grill, garden, big TV, 3 x personal safe, iron with ironing board.

Other
On the terrace, you will find shade under the pergola practically all day. Outdoor stairs lead to the upper terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and golf course, or beautiful sunsets.

Cleaning/bedding/cleaning service
Bed linen and fresh towels are provided for guests' use. We do not offer beach towels. We do not offer intermediate cleaning or bed linen changes during your stay. The pool is cleaned once a week
